5. Refund Policy

If a client cancels before the planning work has begun, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Bespoke France Travel.

Ensuring passport and visa requirements are met
Verifying travel insurance coverage
Confirming the accuracy of reservations made with third-party providers
Bespoke France Travel is not responsible for any issues related to bookings made by the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bespoke France Travel shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, delays, cancellations, or issues arising from services provided by third-party travel providers.
All recommendations are provided in good faith based on experience and available information.
8. Intellectual Property
All itineraries, travel plans, and documents provided by Bespoke France Travel are for the personal use of the client only and may not be reproduced, shared commercially, or resold.
